ICF Vancouver Charter Chapter AGM
Our AGM is more than an annual discussion about plans and goals; it is an opportunity for our supporters to celebrate the Chapter successes and contributions of the Board of Directors.
What is the Annual General Meeting (AGM)?
While keeping members informed of our activities is on the agenda, one of the most important aspects of this event is that members vote to elect members to the Board of Directors.
I’m a member, do I have to attend the AGM?
No, but we would love for you to join us! Our bylaws require a quorum of members to attend – in person or by proxy to vote on the incumbents and any business arising. We encourage/want/need members to participate!
Who gets to vote?
Each current ICF Vancouver Chapter member gets one vote. Voting is done by a show of hands the night of the AGM and for those unable to attend, your vote is counted by delegation.
Members are invited to attend the AGM in-person or by proxy to elect the 2020 Board of Directors and Leadership Team.
