ICF Vancouver is hosting its first event of the year with TWO thought-provoking presentations and a networking opportunity for returning and new members. Refreshments and canapes will be available.
Our key presentation for the evening – David LeBlanc, MA, CEC, ACC and Teresa Comey, MA Leadership and Training will present some key principles from their successful workshop When Cultures Meet.
Today, more than ever, the dynamics of power and influence challenge the way we think and behave. Whether we are coaches, business owners & entrepreneurs, HR professionals, and across every vocation working with people, we are exposed to the shifting dynamics of culture. Our speakers will challenge you to consider the dynamics at play as cultures meet.
– Be challenged to look at themselves, their environment, and the people around them through new lens.
– Explore how patterns of inclusion and exclusion can influence performance, sense of self, and have dramatic impact on all aspects of our lives.
– Learn how to strategically apply frameworks to create a robust, dynamic culture.
Our second speaker for the evening is from our kind partner TruShield, who will share more on the world of Cyber Security and how to avoid the gaps. A timely presentation given our business mix of members and our increased use of virtual tools and platforms for industry.
We look forward to an excellent evening of networking, and introducing new ways of thinking through our learned presenters.
NOTE: participants will receive 2.5 Resource Development CCEU’s for this chapter meeting!
