– Over 10% Employees trained in The Coaches Institute (CTI) 60 Hour corporate program (80% Senior Management & over 50% of extended management)
– Close to 50% of AFCC employees have received formal coaching through a coach/coachee relationship over the past 4 years
– Coach approach has been integrated in various HR programs from onboarding to termination.
– Coaching Initiative utilizes coaches who hold an ICF Credential and are offered continued coach mentoring / supervision to continue to develop their own coaching skills
