Many of us who coach in organizational or team settings find ourselves educating clients about the importance of creating a coaching culture before we can shift their mental models about the ROI and true value of coaching.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if there was a culture assessment tool—a statistically validated psychometric tool—that measured tangible outcomes of a coaching culture? A tool that would deepen the conversation about coaching ROI to a meaningful level from the beginning.
You can help to create this coaching culture assessment tool related to employee well-being and organizational effectiveness by filling in this short survey on organizational coaching.
The research survey is part of Julie Jenkins’ Masters research which she hopes will result in a ground-breaking Coaching Culture Inventory (CCI). As we know, the research specific to coaching culture is still growing and developing. This is your chance to help answer a question that’s been asked for some time; “How does creating a coaching culture give organizations, teams and individuals a decisive strategic advantage?”
If you have any questions about the survey please contact: Julie Jenkins, at email@example.com or if you have concerns about your treatment as a research participant, you may contact Debbie Clelland, Chair of the Adler Research Ethics Board, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 604.699.3570.
