5 Levels of Organizational Maturity: A compelling coaching approach for value-creation within organizations.

Sujith has extensive experience in the corporate world and as a entrepreneur.  This uniquely positions him to speak on the maturity of organizations and human potential.


Come and learn a fresh approach to what really matters as an organization matures: employee mindset.  Sujith will be sharing the 5 Levels of Organizational Maturity, that when used with a coaching map, will create an opportunity for coaches to use and engage others for coaching purposes.

  • Learn an effective way to ‘pitch’ your coaching proposition to an organization
  • Receive a coaching framework to classify organizations
  • Learn a coaching approach – including some concrete levers – to help organizations grow
  • Learn about a useful instrument that can help coaches assess an organization’s maturity and identify the concrete levers
